Salad
1 small pkg. strawberry jello
1 8-0z container Cool Whip
1 -12 oz container of cottage
cheese
1 cup mini-marshmallows
1 regular can of crushed
pineapple. Mix Together and chill in fridge.
Cran-Raspberry
Jello Salad
(3 oz) lemon jello
1 (3 oz) raspberry jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
10 oz pkg. frozen raspberries
16 oz can jellied cranberry
sauce
7 oz lemon-lime soda pop
Disolve jello in boiling water and stir in frozen berries, (separate first
with a fork). Chill till almost set; carefuly pour in soda pop and stir
all gently. Chill till firm.
Marshmallow
Starlight Surprise
1 pk Lime gelatin
2 c Pineapple juice
1 pk Cream cheese (small)
1 c Pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 c Boiling water
1 1/2 cups colored Mini-Marshmallows
1 1/2 tb Salad dressing
1 pk Lemon gelatin
Prepare lime jello with boiling
water and 1 cup pineapple juice. Pour
into square Pyrex dish, 10 x
10 inches. Refrigerate 3-4 hrs. until firm.
Combine lemon jello, remaining
cup of pineapple juice and marshmallows.
Heat until melted and dissolved,
cool. Add remaining ingredients, mix
well. Pour over lime jello and
refrigerate.
Cranberry
Jello Surprise
1 can Jellied Cranberry Sauce
1 c. plain yogurt
2 Package Raspberry Jello
-(3 oz size)
2 3/4 c Water (1 1/2 cup
boiling) Dissolve Jello in the 1 1/2 c. boiling water. Stir in cold water
( 1 1/4 cups) Place in fridge to set slightly.
Blend yogurt and Cranberry Sauce
in a blender and mix. Carefully add Jello to blender -it will be very
full now. Pour into mold and allow to thoroughly set (Takes approx 8 hours
to set.)
